Rolling Ryno
We embody the ethos of "speak soft and roll hard," emphasizing the balance between power and understatement. We value self-improvement and hard work without being boastful. When you step onto a BJJ mat or under a barbell, there is no room for the ego – there is only room for work.
Rolling Ryno’s goal is to celebrate the fitness lifestyle while maintaining subtlety and being suitable for casual occasions. We are focused on being heavily artistic with unique designs that speak to our values, as well as avoiding the flashy/gaudy designs provided by many athletic wear companies.
The name itself is a combination of our founder’s nickname “Ryno” + the idea of constantly moving forward. It’s also a subtle homage to our love of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

"My day job sees me first and foremost as a father, husband, and creative. By night (and any spare moment in between), you'll find me knee-deep in my passions. I'm a powerlifting enthusiast and a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu hobbyist. I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of art and function and exploring the “why’s and how’s” of the world.
I believe in balance: strength vs humility, creativity vs precision, and caution vs adventure . Rolling Ryno is my love letter to a life of finding balance. I invite you to join me. Speak Soft, Roll Hard.

“I hit the BJJ mats four years ago and never looked back. As a woman in male-dominated sports, confidence is key — which is why I believe in ‘look good, feel good’ and why Rolling Ryno is such a huge part of my life.
In addition to breaking arms in tournaments, I’ve had the privilege to coach others to success, pick up heavy iron in powerlifting meets, and run circles around the track.
I’m a mom to two crazy kiddos and want to empower women to go from a ‘mom bod’ mindset to a ‘muscle mama’ one. Every day is a growth opportunity, both physically and mentally.”
