Returns and Exchanges

Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. The receipt and/or order number must be included as well as reason for return.

  • After the returned item is received by us, we will return funds to your account, within 2-4 business days. You will be notified via email.

  • Sale items and gift cards do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

  • Purchases automatically qualify for return if it was an issue in quality of the print or an error on our end (wrong print, wrong size, etc.).

  • But, we’re not jerks so if there’s another reason you’d like to return an item, please reach out and we’d love to chat about it.

Exchanges

  • Products that qualify for exchanges include: an error on our end (wrong print, wrong size, etc.) or a change in size.

  • Products must be in original condition to be exchanged (cannot be washed at home, stained, etc.)

  • Shipping costs may be up to you depending upon the reason for the exchange.
